About

What can say?
I don't like to share much about myself in public. I live in Czech Republic - the heart of Europe we like to call it. I have two lovely girls (MiniMe and MiniHe).
I like all kinds of handcrafts but lately I'm mostly into sewing. I like to do things simple and easy and if possible my way. I named my blog Negligent style - style that throws caution-to-the-wind to create something unique.
I'm still discovering what my kind of thing is. I like when things match, rainbow colors, simple design, magenta, pink, geometric shapes, hexagons ... just about everything.
I'm enjoying the whole blogosphere. I love to be part of SALs and QALs, linky parties. Getting new friends from all over the world. I seem to have weakness for bunch of bloggers from down under. I also love Canadians, British sense of humor and the attitude of Americans.
If you wonder where is my English coming from I studied in London for 10months, I went to US and worked there as an au-pair and later on I went for some studies to Sydney. I had some time to travel and enjoyed these countries hence my love for English.

  1. I am intrigued by the bags at the top of your blog. What lovely detail! The folded foxglove-like flower shapes in the second photo are just delightful! In the third picture, with the pieced boat, the "sea" looks like leather, gorgeous! Did you make these bags?

  2. Nice to meet you, Vera. I love your photos with MiniMe and MiniHe. And how fun to get to explore and discover what you love most. I am looking forward to doing much the same, myself!
